Computacenter adds Oracle Exalogic to its product portfolio

Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, Computacenter, today announces it has added Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud to its portfolio of Oracle solutions in the UK.

This latest system from Oracle, will enable Computacenter to help organisations not only drive down cost and complexity by consolidating application server and software stacks but also to accelerate their journey to the cloud by helping them unlock the potential of legacy applications.In addition, Computacenter will be able to help customers to benchmark Exalogic against other VDC solutions and more traditional application server infrastructures, using Computacenter's Solution Centre.

This announcement follows Computacenter's recent move into the cloud with its C3 offering and C3 Mail product, which provides organisations with the ability to adopt the cloud at the right pace, using an optimal blend of onsite and offsite IT delivery models.
