Mike NorrisMike Norris

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Norris graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from East Anglia University in 1983. He joined Computacenter in 1984 as a salesman in the city office. In 1986 he was Computacenter's top account manager. Following appointments as Regional Manager for London Operations in 1988 and General Manager of the Systems Division in 1992 with full sales and marketing responsibilities, he became Chief Executive in December 1994 with responsibility for all day-to-day activities and reporting channels across Computacenter. Mike also led the Company through flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1998. Mike was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science from Hertfordshire University in 2010. Age 49.

Tony Conophy Tony Conophy

Group Finance Director

Tony has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants since 1982. He qualified with Semperit (Ireland) Ltd and then worked for five years at Cape Industries plc. He joined Computacenter in 1987 as Financial Controller, rising in 1991 to General Manager of Finance. In 1996 he was appointed Finance and Commercial Director of Computacenter (UK) Limited with responsibility for all financial, purchasing and vendor relations activities. In March 1998 he was appointed Group Finance Director.

Chris Webb Chris Webb

Managing Director, UK

Chris Webb joined Computacenter UK in 1990 as an account manager. He has held a number of management positions since 1995 including Government Sector Director, Enterprise/High Growth Technologies Director, National and Commercial Sector Director, UK Chief Operating Officer and most recently four years as CEO of Computacenter France.

Chris is now one of two Managing Directors in the UK and is responsible for running all Service Operations. The team is responsible for customer satisfaction and productivity and ranges across project management, consultancy, networks and cabling, call centres, datacenters, applications and infrastructure management, business take-on, governance, tools, customer engineering, on-site customer service teams and service management.

Chris has over 26 years experience in the industry and is a graduate of Management and Chemical Sciences from UMIST

Neil MullerNeil Muller

Managing Director, UK

Neil is responsible for sales and development in the UK. His responsibilities comprise sector sales and sales operations; business lines (across the datacenter, network and workplace); solution design and commercials; and product development and marketing.

Neil joined Computacenter in 1994 and has held a number of Sales, Operations and Leadership roles including;

Client Executive for large financial institutions (such as Lloyds Banking Group, Banco Santander, and Nationwide Building Society); Director of Financial Services; and Director of Managed Services – running deskside support, service desk and datacenter operations and the creation of Computacenter's Shared Services Factory.

Neil is a member of the Group and UK Executive and has participated in a number of Computacenter's executive development activities - including studying at Harvard Business School and Sandhurst Military Centre. Neil graduated with a degree in IT and Business Studies from Birmingham City University in 1992.

Neil lives in Warwick with his wife Rebecca and two children (12 and 7). He enjoys golf, waterskiing and football.

Oliver Tuszik Oliver Tuszik

CEO, Computacenter Germany

Oliver Tuszik was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Computacenter Germany in June 2008. He joined Computacenter in 1995 and from 2002 through 2004 he was, as Managing Director, responsible for the Networking Business. In 2005 he was appointed Managing Director, Consulting & Technology Solutions with responsibility for the German partner strategy, the consulting and solution business and portfolio management. In January 2008 Oliver became a member of the German Board.

Oliver studied electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen University. He is a member of the Management Board of the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (BITKOM) and a member of the Presidial Board of the German Institute for Standardization (DIN).

Frank KottmannFrank Kottmann

Managing Director, Computacenter Germany

Frank Kottmann was appointed a member of the board of Computacenter Germany in January 2008, with responsibilities for all sales activities and customer segments. He joined Computacenter in 1998 and was appointed Managing Director of ECS Sales in 2001. In this role he was significantly responsible for the implementation of the Datacenter business, which accounts for about one third of the German revenue today. From 2005 he was Managing Director of the Enterprise Division.

Frank has a degree in economics from the University of Essen (Universität-Gesamthochschule Essen). Prior to joining Computacenter he worked for several organisations in the IT industry.

Henri ViardHenri Viard

Managing Director, Computacenter France

Henri Viard was appointed Chief Executive of Computacenter France in January 2009. In his former role of Director of Finance and Administration, Henri had initial responsibility for Finance and Facilities, followed by Legal in 2005 and Purchasing in 2006.

Before joining Computacenter in 2004, Henri was Director of Finance and Administration at Dolphin Telecom with responsibility for Finance, Legal, Billing, Credit Management and Purchasing. He was formerly Director of Finance and Administration at Thomson CSF (now Thales Group), with responsibility for Finance, IT and Logistics.

Henri graduated from HEC (High School of Commerce, Paris) in 1982.

Lieven BergmansLieven Bergmans

General Manager, Computacenter Benelux

Lieven joined Computacenter in May 2000 as a team leader for the consulting division. He was later promoted to Infrastructure Integration Manager, a role that was key to expanding Computacenter Belgium's scope and capability. In 2006 he was made responsible for the Operations Division before being appointed to the role of General Manager, Computacenter Benelux region in 2008.

Lieven graduated in Computer Science at the Catholic University of Leuven in 1993 and worked at Real Software, CSS and Erudict prior to joining Computacenter.

Stephen Benade Stephen Benade

Company Secretary

Stephen graduated with a law degree in 1992 in South Africa and consulted in the area of risk management and corporate governance for 10 years. He joined Computacenter in 2002, initially as Group Risk Manager. In 2005, Stephen was appointed as Company Secretary to the Group.

Barry HoffmanBarry Hoffman

Group HR Director

Barry Hoffman joined Computacenter in March 2008 as UK Human Resources Director. His remit includes the full range of strategic and operational HR responsibilities as well as Corporate Communications.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Barry has over 15 years experience in the IT industry including IT line management. He has a first degree in Modern Languages, an MBA and a Masters degree in employment law. Barry is married with 2 children and is a keen equestrian.

Mark SlavenMark Slaven

Group IS Director

Mark joined Computacenter in 2001 as UK Information Services Director, with responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all systems and technology used within the UK business. Following the acquisition of Computacenter Germany in 2003, Mark assumed responsibility for IS across the Computacenter Group.

Mark is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Computacenter Germany.

Born and educated in Africa, Mark moved to the UK in 1986, since when he has worked almost exclusively in the technology sector. Prior to joining Computacenter, he worked for fifteen years in IT consultancy. He was a partner at Robson Rhodes and most recently at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the team responsible for completing the Computacenter UK operations and administration centre in Hatfield.

Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and has a degree in Business Administration. He lives in rural Essex with wife Kath and his two sons. Mark enjoys playing and watching most sports, and when not on the side of the pitch watching his boys, is a regular tennis and hockey player, cyclist and sailor.

Julie O’HaraJulie O’Hara

Sector Director, City, Retail & Corporate

Julie has been the Sector Director for the City and Retail businesses for over 4 years, and more recently, took over responsibility for Computacenter’s Corporate  business.  This new Sector is responsible for driving in excess of £450m of revenues.

Julie, has worked for Computacenter for 15 years,  having joined from IBM where she spent 10 years in a number of Sales and Customer facing roles. She joined as Business Development Director before being promoted to various Regional Sales Management roles. In 2002, Julie became Commercial Sector Director, with full P&L responsibility for all elements of Sales and Services across the U.K. During this period, Julie led and managed 5 Regional Sales Managers and their teams, plus was responsible for the 350+ staff delivering services on-site to clients. Julie also embarked on a re-engineering of the Sector in readiness for a major re-structuring of the Organisation.

In 2007, Julie became Director of Financial Markets and Retail and a member of the Computacenter Leadership Team. In this time, Julie focused on building a High Performance Team, lead by a team of Client Directors. In 2009, Julie also lead an Organisation wide project in line with one of our Company strategic goals, that of building a program to develop our people. The ‘Elite Selling Program’ went live in the UK in 2010.

Julie has over 24 years experience in the IT industry and has a degree in Geography. Julie is married and lives in Surrey with her husband and two young children. Her main interests are sport related, films and spending time with her family.

Kevin JamesKevin James

Director of Solutions

Based in Thames Valley Park (Reading) Kevin started with Computacenter in 1990 as Salesman/Branch Manager (Southampton). Since then he has held a variety of key Sales Management/Leadership roles. During a brief sojourn from Computacenter Kevin held Exec Services/Sales Leadership roles within both Dell Computers and Morse Group, but rejoined Computacenter in early 2005 as Customer Unit Director, responsible for developing Major Enterprise/Commercial clients, across a broad range of vertical markets. These include Transport/Travel, Telco/Media, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing.

In January 2009 Kevin merged together the (then disparate) Commercial/Enterprise and Corporate/Mid Market customer segments to form the Industry & Corporate (I&C) Sector. As Director of I&C Kevin brought together some exceptional people to create a fully integrated team with the challenge of bringing to bear the full extent of Computacenter’s value based Services and Solutions portfolio to all customers both in the Corporate (Mid Market) and Industry (Enterprise) customer segments.

The team operates from all the Computacenter locations in the UK, with main hubs in London, Manchester and Reading. Industry clients include Astra Zeneca, BAA, BP, BT, Cable & Wireless, Cisco, EDF Energy, FirstGroup, GSK, Severn Trent Water, Unipart, Virgin Media, Vodafone and many others. The Corporate segment covers all private sector clients in the mid market.

The I&C Leadership team comprises the Industry Client Directors: Neil Hall (Utilities), Steve Hatherly (Media), Alistair Moore (Industry), Chris Simmonds (Industry) and Adrian West (Telco), together with Marc Fryer (Sales Manager Corporate Technology Sales) and Sharon Charman (Sales Operations). Kevin has 25 years experience in IT sales/leadership roles. With a sales team of more than 50 and a diverse range of geographically spread customers he spends a lot of time travelling. He’s married to Michelle, with five teenage children. With what little free time he does get, when he’s not at Reading FC’s Madejski Stadium watching his beloved “Royals”, you will inevitably find him on the golf course trying to improve upon his rather mediocre 15 handicap!

Chris PriceChris Price

Director of Public Sector & SIs

Chris joined Computacenter in August 2000 as a Client Director working in the Financial Services Sector. Following a successful 3 years in which Chris and his team managed to secure a number of key service contracts he became a Customer Unit Director responsible for our relationship with the BT Group.

Chris lead the campaign team responsible for winning the Global Managed Desktop Service Contract with BT (Computacenter’s largest service contract), and then accepted the responsibility for managing our engagement with the Systems Integrators, which includes (amongst others) BT, Serco, Logica, Liberata and HP/EDS.

From July of 2009 Chris has taken over the responsibility of leading the Public Sector and SI sector.

Chris and his team of Client Directors and Account Managers are responsible for developing relationships with the our Public Sector and SI clients, helping them realise service and costs benefits from leveraging our core capabilities.

Chris has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and is a graduate of the University of East London. He is married to Alison and enjoys both playing and watching sports. He is a Chelsea season ticket holder.

Mike RodwellMike Rodwell

Commercial Director

Mike joined Computacenter in 1985 as an account manager in Swindon and has held a number of senior roles in sales, professional services and trade distribution culminating in his current role as UK Commercial Director.

Mike’s current role encompasses responsibility for Partner Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Internal Sales and the Commercial Solutions teams. This wide ranging remit includes management of the commercial relationship with Computacenter’s multitude of vendors and suppliers, the Hatfield Operations Centre, operational sales delivery for the company’s enterprise customers and delivery of specialist commercial expertise to support our sales teams.

Mike lives in Bristol with wife Mandy, sons James and Daniel and chocolate Labrador, Jess. In his spare time, Mike enjoys most sports but particularly golf and tennis. He is a keen photographer with an emphasis on sport and wildlife.

Mo SiddiqiMo Siddiqi

Director of International Operations

Mo Siddiqi is responsible for ensuring that Computacenter wins & delivers effective services globally for the Group’s international clients. He is involved in a number of Group initiatives and also has responsibility for Computacenter’s International Partner network covering over 100 countries worldwide.

Mo joined Computacenter in 1997 and has held a variety of roles including Sales Management & General Management. Mo was responsible for the start-up of Computacenter’s businesses in Benelux & Spain and has been involved in the Group’s more recent acquisitions and divestments outside UK.

Mo has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Computacenter, he was UK Sales Director at another IT business.

Mo has a degree in Physics from Kings College London.

John BeardJohn Beard

Director of Retail Banking

John graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Loughborough University in 1995. He joined Computacenter in the same year on the inaugural graduate account management scheme. Initially based in the Bristol office John managed a number of accounts in the South West of England. In 2000 he became one of the youngest recipients of the FMES jacket awarded for exceptional sales achievement and in 2006 he was Computacenter's top national account manager.

He was subsequently promoted to the role of Client Director in 2007 with responsibility for a number of Computacenter's largest financial services accounts and lead the campaign teams that were successful in securing two of the largest Desktop Managed services contracts with Lloyds Banking Group & Nationwide Building Society. He was the top national Client Director in 2008.

In July 2011 John took responsibility for our newly formed Retail Banking sector and will lead a team of experienced Client Directors focussed on delivering customer value, building a more sustainable business and driving further growth across a wider range of customers.

John is married with two young children and has an interest in all sports but has a particular passion for cricket.
